Fasano in Failing Health & May Release Footage Soon

By
Fasano in Failing Health

Where to place a trail cam and my failing health

I like wet areas with lots of wildlife. This area fit the bill. The Skunk Apes would need all of this. You just have to go back there and get it done.

The video I shot is looking good and I may release a 15 second low rez version in a few days. Now, something more important.

My health is in critical condition. Doctors can't control my high blood pressure. 214/115 WITH MEDICATION! That's not right. I may have congestion heart failue at this point. What's weird is I feel fine.

I will have to eliminate all stress in my life and the whole Bigfoot thing has been exhausting and people have treated me poorly.

I want to start lap swimming to try and strengthen my heart and lose a considerable amount of weight. I need to for I feel now at any moment it could be all over.

As Kerry Grant said "If I'd known I would have lived this long, I would have taken better care of myself."

  1. i have similar problem start counting salt intake .cut it down to 1000 mg or less a day .
doing that automatically cuts calories because low salt foods usually have lower salt too.. i lost 65 lbs in year after congestive heart failure. year and 1/2 ago..good luck

  2. Why not just release ALL the footage, rather than 15 seconds of low resolution video?

  3. Tim, I was told just 2 months ago I had Stage 4 Heart Disease (which means my condition was inoperable). I started researching and came across a documentary that mentioned reversing heart disease titled "Forks over Knives". I ordered it from Netflix and it has completely changed my life and heart condition. Follow what Dr. Caldwell Esselstyne has to say then buy his book. In 6 weeks I have cut my heart meds. in half, lowered my BP to normal, my Cholesterol was 142 last week, LDL 62, and have never had so much energy. Oh, and the weight loss has been significant even though I cannot exercise due to a broken foot. I asked my cardiologist why he never mentioned diet and nutrition to reverse heart disease and he said his curriculum in med. school did not include nutrition!. How sad. Buy them now: FORKS OVER KNIVES, and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyne's book PREVENTING and REVERSING HEART DISEASE
